What is BokNova?

BokNova is an entertainment and statistical number-analysis application. It provides number-generation tools, selected draw information, and statistical insights.

Does BokNova sell lottery tickets?

No. BokNova does not sell lottery tickets, accept wagers, process gambling transactions, or provide monetary prizes.

Does BokNova predict winning numbers?

No. Generated combinations, historical trends, frequency data, and other statistics do not predict future results or guarantee a win.

What is BokNova Premium?

BokNova Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription that provides access to advanced historical statistics, number frequency and trend analysis, additional statistical insights, and an ad-free experience.

Why am I seeing advertisements?

Advertisements may be displayed to users of the free version of BokNova. An active BokNova Premium subscription provides an ad-free experience.

How do I restore my subscription?

Open BokNova and use the “Restore Purchases” option available in the subscription or settings area. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions purchased through Apple are managed through your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Subscriptions section of your Apple Account settings.

On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.

I purchased Premium but it is not showing.

First try Restore Purchases inside BokNova. If the issue continues, contact BokNova Support.

Can I delete my BokNova account?

If account deletion is available inside the app, follow the account deletion option in Settings. If you experience problems, contact BokNova Support.
