BokNova is an independent entertainment and statistical number-analysis application.
BokNova provides tools that may include:
- Number combination generation
- Historical draw information
- Number frequency statistics
- Statistical trend information
- Saved picks
- Premium features
2. No Gambling or Lottery Sales
BokNova does not sell lottery tickets, accept bets or wagers, collect gambling stakes, process lottery purchases, or award monetary prizes.
BokNova is not a lottery operator or retailer.
Users who choose to participate in any lottery do so separately from BokNova and are responsible for complying with applicable laws and age requirements.
3. No Prediction or Guarantee
BokNova does not predict winning lottery numbers.
Historical statistics, frequency information, trends, generated number combinations, algorithms, simulations, or any other feature do not increase or guarantee the probability of winning.
Lottery outcomes are uncertain and random.
Use of BokNova is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
4. Independent Service
BokNova is an independent application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by any lottery corporation, government lottery authority, lottery retailer, or other lottery organization.
5. BokNova Premium
BokNova may offer an optional auto-renewable subscription known as BokNova Premium.
Premium features may include:
- Advanced historical draw statistics
- Number frequency and trend analysis
- Additional statistical insights
- An ad-free experience
The exact features included in Premium may change as the service develops.
6. Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased through the iOS application are processed by Apple.
The subscription price and billing period are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.
Payment will be charged to the user’s Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with Apple’s applicable subscription rules and settings.
Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple Account subscription settings.
Removing or deleting the BokNova app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Where available, users may restore eligible purchases using the Restore Purchases function.
7. Advertisements
The free version of BokNova may contain third-party advertisements.
BokNova Premium may provide an ad-free experience.
BokNova is not responsible for the content, products, services, or claims made in third-party advertisements.
8. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for activities performed through their account.
Users must not attempt to access another person’s account or interfere with the operation or security of BokNova.
9. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the service except where permitted by law
- Attempt unauthorized access to BokNova systems
- Use BokNova for illegal activity
- Abuse, overload, disrupt, or exploit the service
- Use automated tools to improperly extract or manipulate the service
- Misrepresent BokNova as an official lottery service
10. Availability and Changes
We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features of BokNova from time to time.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.
11. Third-Party Services
BokNova may rely on third-party services such as Apple services, advertising providers, authentication providers, hosting services, and other infrastructure.
The availability and operation of those services may be subject to their own terms.
Unless a separate agreement applies, your use of the BokNova iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
12. Disclaimer
BokNova is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or future performance of statistical information or generated number combinations.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BokNova and its operator will not be liable for losses resulting from reliance on generated numbers, statistical information, lottery participation decisions, third-party services, or interruptions of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
The effective date at the top of the page will be updated when changes are made.
